
Coach Natalie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, holding a degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Coaching Education and Sport Psychology. She is a certified Personal Trainer and holds a Sport Psychology Specialization certification from the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy.
Inspired by her time as a former Division I cross country and track athlete, she launched the Whole Runner Project coaching program to support high school and college athletes in mindset and recovery (nutrition, sleep, and more).

Coach Lacey is a recent graduate of Western Colorado University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with minors in Sport Psychology and Business Administration.
A dedicated student-athlete, competing on both the cross country and track teams, Lacey held a leadership role on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, serving as the Communications and Social Media Coordinator.

Sarah is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Management at the University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Community Development.
A competitive cross country and track and field athlete at both UNC and UConn, Sarah is entering her sixth year of collegiate competition. She is excited to combine her passion for the environment and love for sports together to create healthier connected communities.

Sam Bush is a professional runner for Adidas who competed in cross country and track at North Carolina State University for 5.5 years. She earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Environmental Science.
Sam is deeply committed to athlete mental health, believing that strong minds are just as important as strong bodies for long-term success and fulfillment in sport.

Marisa is a recent graduate of Monmouth University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. A dedicated student-athlete, she competed on both the cross country and track & field teams, gaining first-hand insight into the vital role mindset plays in athletic performance. Her time balancing academics and athletics fueled her passion for helping young runners develop mental resilience and confidence.
With experience in social media marketing through a university internship, Marisa is eager to merge her marketing expertise with her deep interest in psychology. She aspires to guide athletes toward healthier, more fulfilling lives - both on and off the track - by combining performance strategies with mental wellness support, empowering them to reach their full potential.
