Coach Natalie is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science - concentration in Coaching Education and Sport Psychology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer passionate about holistic athlete development.
Inspired by her time as a former Division I cross country and track athlete, she launched the Whole Runner Project coaching program to support high school and college athletes in mindset and recovery (nutrition, sleep, etc.).
Coach Lacey is a recent graduate of Western Colorado University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with minors in Sport Psychology and Business Administration.
A dedicated student-athlete, competing on both the cross country and track teams, Lacey held a leadership role on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, serving as the Communications and Social Media Coordinator.
Sarah is currently pursing a masters degree in Sport Management at the University of Connecticut. She is also a recent graduate from UNC - Chapel Hill where she earned her bachelors degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in community development. She also ran cross country and track and field at UNC and UConn and is going into her 6th year of competition.
She is excited to combine her passion for the environment and love for sports together to create healthier connected communities.
